I have been shopping with this site for years! Im in between a plus 1xL and XL! They have never let me down! I love to catch the sales they have every weekend! I mostly get shoes

I ordered items for a festival that have not turned up, it's now 6 weeks since I ordered and not only do I not have my package but they refuse to give a refund! Will never order from Dollskill again. Awful first experience. They claimed someone would be in touch with me 2 weeks ago when I raised the non-arrival and yet here I am, still no contact whatsoever.

A product arrived defective (did not seem like an overall error just something with this one shoe). Once contacted within 24hrs a very reasonable resolution was reached and the issue was fixed with lots of attention and care. Really good customer service and very helpful. Replacement product already in line. Good quality product to match quality customer service.

It has been a pleasure shopping at DollsKill. The customer service is fast, kind and ready to assist with any inquiries. The quality and comfortability of the clothes and shoes are fantastic! I never thought I could wear platform heels easily, but their heels make it easy to walk in. I will be purchasing again from DollsKill for future events and you should consider them too!

The orders never arrived, the currier Tforce and Dolls Kill kept excusing each other, nobody know what's going on, some reviews suggest that orders are being stolen and Dolls Kill does not support their customers or does anything about it, we just keep getting condescending messages, once they fulfill the order by shipping it, you're on your own.

They're very kind and helpful; if you have an issue (for me it was accidentally autofilling the wrong address) they are very quick to help you.

Incredibly bad refund system especially for international orders. Even if the item is damaged or faulty there is no way to get a gift card or refund if you do not return the item NO MATTER the situation and no matter how expensive it would be to return an item which you have not even bought that way (damaged or faulty in my case). In consultation with a lawyer I have been told that the laws of YOUR country can be applied if Dolls Kill ships to your country. So please inform yourself of your rights and do not let them fool or dismiss you, if you have received a faulty product. I have skimmed the reviews now and come across a few ones that address this issue! Do not buy here if you do not want to be stuck fighting over an item which you cannot wear and they cannot return back to stock anyways! I am a former loyal costumer and very disappointed in Dolls Kill. I am very sure that I am not the only one with an experience like this and I keep asking myself ‚If this is how a loyal customer is treated, how would they treat a new customer?‘ A BETTER PLACE TO BUY FROM that I would recommend even if you like alternative clothing would be SHEIN. Way cheaper and you get more for your money. I can also recommend KILLSTAR, if you are into alternative clothing!

A++ customer service. The products are one of a kind and great quality. All of my handbags are from here and I get constant compliments on all of them. If you’re on the fence, don’t be afraid!

In incredibly small print only in the refunds page itself does dollskill say that they only give store credit for returns. I brought aload of things in different sizes hoping to find one that fits correctly and now am stuck with a gift card of over £500 (easier done than you think, its not cheap) So upset and will not be buying from again. Stuck with a credit card statement that is far bigger than i excepted.

five starts for them because i ordered a cute pair of boots, which one of them did come with a scratch on it but they responded to my email about it very quickly, and within 2 hours another pair was shipped. i live in canada and the first pair took a little over a week to arrive. very very quick and friendly service with them <3 kimberly is very sweet

Selina was BEAUTIFUL DOLL she listened and understood my issues with two different orders she was caring understanding , she went above and BEYOND to make things right she is wonderful assist to dolls kill team!! Give her a raise!!!

Customer service helped resolve my issue almost immediately when I accidentally placed an order with the wrong items in my cart. They were very nice, professional and responded via chat quickly. I have purchased several items from Dolls Kill and they never disappoint!

In this day and age, not offering refunds for returned items? Such a scam! I ordered multiple sizes of an item as it was my first time ordering from here so I wasn't sure what size would fit best. It is not made clear anywhere when you order that you won't get your money back!!! I would never have made the purchase had I known, as I have now spent over £100 on a pair of leggings!!! So upset. Will never be shopping here again.
